Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using facecutie.com or app.facecutie.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
FaceCutie is operated by Goshen Consulting LLC. For questions, contact support@goshenconsultingllc.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceCutie. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Your Account
You may use FaceCutie anonymously, but creating an account unlocks features like cross-device sync, community posting, and history tracking.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in email and any magic links sent to you
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
We use passwordless authentication (magic links) and OAuth (Google) — we never see or store your passwords.
One Account Per Person
You may create only one FaceCutie account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent restrictions, abuse features, or evade bans may be terminated.
Account Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@goshenconsultingllc.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is deleted.
Account Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: posting prohibited content, harassment, spamming, attempting to scrape or extract data, attempting to circumvent security measures, or any illegal activity.
Description of Service
FaceCutie provides AI-powered beauty recommendations, skin analysis, product information, personalized routines, and a community platform. All AI analysis is generated by artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic's Claude) and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
Free and Pro Plans
FaceCutie offers a Free plan and paid FaceCutie Pro plans. Current plan features, usage limits, billing periods, prices, taxes, and any promotion are shown on our Pro page and at checkout. The price and terms displayed at checkout control your purchase.
Payment and Automatic Renewal
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe, iPhone subscriptions by Apple, and Android subscriptions by Google Play. By purchasing Pro, you authorize the payment provider to charge the price and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment begins when you confirm the purchase. Any promotion applies only if it is expressly shown at checkout.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. The renewal date and current renewal price are shown in the account that processed your purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the same provider used to purchase Pro: Stripe for web purchases, Apple for iPhone purchases, or Google Play for Android purchases. Cancel before the renewal date shown by that provider to avoid the next charge. Unless the provider's terms or applicable law require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Deleting your FaceCutie account will attempt to cancel an active web subscription associated with that account through Stripe. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must still be canceled through the store that processed the purchase; deleting your FaceCutie account does not cancel those store-managed subscriptions.
Refunds
All FaceCutie purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or exchanges for unused time, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before renewal, except when a refund is required by applicable law or the binding rules of the payment provider that processed the purchase.
Apple and Google Play decide refund requests for purchases they process. For a web purchase processed by Stripe, contact sales@facecutie.com. Any required refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Stripe and other payment providers may retain processing, international-card, currency-conversion, tax, or related fees from FaceCutie when a payment is refunded. These are costs to FaceCutie. They do not reduce a refund or create a separate customer charge where applicable law requires a full refund.
If we choose to provide a refund or credit in an exceptional case, that decision does not change this policy or create a right to another refund.
Changes to Prices, Plans, and Features
We may change plan names, prices, billing periods, features, usage limits, availability, or which features are Free or Pro for business, legal, security, or technical reasons. We may also introduce new paid features. New prices may apply immediately to new purchases.
For an existing paid subscription, a price increase will take effect no earlier than a future renewal after any notice or consent required by the payment provider and applicable law. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. A previous or promotional price is not guaranteed for future renewals.
When reasonably practical, we will give advance notice before a material reduction to the core features of an active paid plan. We may make immediate changes when needed for security, legal compliance, service reliability, or to address misuse.
Not Medical or Professional Advice
FaceCutie does NOT provide medical, dermatological, or professional health advice. AI-generated analyses, product recommendations, and routines are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider for any skin condition, persistent symptoms, or before starting new treatments. Patch test new products. Discontinue any product that causes irritation. See our full Disclaimer for more details.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
- Upload photos of anyone without their consent
- Upload photos of minors (unless you are their parent or legal guardian)
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or data
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
- Attempt to access another user's account or private data
- Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our AI analyses without written permission
Community Guidelines for User-Generated Content
FaceCutie includes community features (posts, likes) where you can share content publicly. By posting, you agree to these rules.
Content You Cannot Post
You may not post content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way
- Contains hate speech, slurs, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
- Promotes violence, self-harm, eating disorders, or other harmful behaviors
- Harasses, bullies, intimidates, or threatens any person
- Reveals private information about others (doxxing)
- Violates intellectual property rights (including reposting copyrighted photos without permission)
- Constitutes spam, scams, multi-level marketing, or excessive promotion
- Provides medical advice or claims to diagnose/treat conditions
- Promotes illegal substances, illegal cosmetic procedures, or counterfeit products
- Is misleading, deceptive, or contains false information about products
- Includes links to malicious websites, phishing pages, or harmful content
Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting to FaceCutie, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt your content within the Service. This license ends when you delete the content (or when we do for violations).
You can delete your own posts at any time via the trash icon on your posts in the community feed.
Our Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:
- Remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators
- Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
- Investigate reports of policy violations
To report content that violates these rules, email support@goshenconsultingllc.com with the subject "Content Report."
Honest Reviews and Affiliate Disclosure
If you post product reviews or recommendations:
- Be honest — share genuine experiences
- If you have a financial relationship with a brand (employee, ambassador, sponsorship), disclose it
- Don't post fake reviews or undisclosed paid promotions
Intellectual Property
The FaceCutie Service, brand, logos, designs, code, and editorial content (excluding user-generated content and third-party brand mentions) are the property of Goshen Consulting LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to transmit your photo to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis purposes only. Photos are not stored after analysis.
Creator Affiliate Program
FaceCutie's creator affiliate program is available only to applicants we approve. The current eligibility threshold is at least 5,000 followers across submitted public profiles, but meeting that threshold does not guarantee approval. A requested referral code remains inactive until we approve the application and send an approval email.
Approved creators may earn 25% of eligible, successfully collected monthly or annual FaceCutie Pro payments attributed to their referral link while the referred subscription remains active. Attribution currently covers supported web checkout purchases made within the 30-day referral window. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are excluded unless and until we confirm that native-store attribution is supported.
Each commission becomes eligible for payout 30 days after the related customer payment. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, failed payments, cancellations, fraud, self-referrals, or tracking errors may reduce, reverse, or disqualify a commission. The current payout threshold is $100. We arrange the payment method and any required payment or tax information with the creator by email; payouts are not automatic.
Creators must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship and follow applicable advertising and endorsement rules. Creators may not make medical, diagnostic, treatment, guaranteed-result, or unsupported before-and-after claims about FaceCutie. We may suspend or end participation for misleading promotion, undisclosed promotion, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
We may change eligibility, commission rates, attribution methods, payout thresholds, supported purchases, or other program terms prospectively for business, legal, security, or technical reasons. We will provide notice before a material change applies to an approved creator when reasonably practical. A change will not remove an eligible commission already earned under the terms in effect at the time of the qualifying payment, except where a refund, chargeback, fraud, error, or legal requirement applies.
Amazon Affiliate Disclosure
FaceCutie participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We earn a commission when you purchase products through our links, at no additional cost to you. Our editorial decisions and AI recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships — we recommend products based on honest assessment.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic, Supabase, Google, PostHog, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, MailerLite, Resend, Amazon, Vercel, and Netlify, and may link to third-party websites or products. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, safety, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. AI-generated analyses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOSHEN CONSULTING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goshen Consulting LLC from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you post, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by emailing support@goshenconsultingllc.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to FaceCutie, our business, payment practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms, change the "Last updated" date, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. For material changes, we may also notify you by email, in the app, or through a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect.
Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not apply retroactively. Changes affecting an active paid subscription, including price changes, remain subject to the notice and consent process required by your payment provider and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using FaceCutie and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
