Acceptable Use
When using FaceCutie, you agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
- Upload photos of anyone without their consent
- Upload photos of minors (unless you are the parent/guardian)
- Upload content that is pornographic, violent, hateful, or infringing
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or data
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, logos, designs, and code on FaceCutie (excluding user-generated content and third-party brand mentions) are the property of Goshen Consulting LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to transmit your photo to our AI provider for analysis purposes only.
