Is there a free trial?

FaceCutie is genuinely free to use forever — you can use the Mirror, Beauty Genie, Scanner, Community and Shop without paying. Pro is for people who want unlimited access plus the Skin Lab clinical analyzer. Try the free version first to see if you'd want Pro.

How is FaceCutie Pro different from free?

Free includes 2 Mirror scans per day, 10 Genie messages per day, 14 days of skin tracker history, and full Community access. Pro removes all those limits, unlocks the 🔬 Skin Lab clinical-style analyzer, gives you forever-history, a Pro badge in community, and early access to new features.

What is Skin Lab?

Skin Lab is our most advanced AI face analyzer — it gives you a detailed clinical-style breakdown across 8 skin metrics (wrinkles, pores, dark circles, hydration, redness, evenness, oil balance, dark spots), severity ratings, affected face zones, a skin age estimate, and a 4-step personalized action plan. It's like a $200 dermatology consultation in 30 seconds.

How is my payment processed?

All payments are securely processed by Stripe — the same payment system used by Lyft, Shopify, Amazon, and millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel Pro, you'll keep all your existing data — skin logs, mirror history, posts. You'll just lose access to Pro-only features (Skin Lab, unlimited scans, etc.) and revert to free-tier limits. You can resubscribe anytime to regain Pro access.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes — monthly subscriptions renew every month, annual subscriptions renew every year. Stripe will email you before each renewal so you can cancel beforehand if you want. Cancel anytime in the in-app subscription manager.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes — through the Stripe billing portal in the app, you can switch your plan anytime. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, you'll get a prorated credit. If you downgrade from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal.

What if I have problems or want a refund?
