FaceCutie Support

How can we help?

Find answers about skin scans, routines, product checks, subscriptions, privacy, account access, and deletion.

Getting started

How do I create my first skin report?

Open AI Beauty Mirror, take or upload a clear front-facing selfie, choose your beauty goals, and start the scan. Natural, even lighting and a makeup-free photo produce the clearest cosmetic snapshot.

Is FaceCutie a medical skin analysis?

No. FaceCutie provides cosmetic beauty guidance and educational information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat skin conditions. Consult a qualified professional for persistent, painful, or concerning symptoms.

How do routines and product checks work?

Your report and selected goals shape a practical Glow Plan. The Product Scanner can explain visible label information and provide educational compatibility guidance. Always follow the product label and patch test new products.

My scan did not complete. What should I try?
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Use a clear photo in even lighting.
  • Make sure your full face is visible without sunglasses or heavy filters.
  • Close and reopen the app, then try once more.

If the problem continues, email support with your device type and the step where the scan stopped. Do not email your selfie.

Account and data

Do I need an account?

You can begin the core FaceCutie experience without an account. Signing in enables supported account features such as saving history across sessions and participating in the community.

How do I delete my account?

Use Delete Account in the app settings or email privacy@goshenconsultingllc.com from the address connected to your account. Account deletion permanently removes the associated profile and saved data after verification.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Confirm that you are using the same sign-in method and email address you used originally. Check spam for a magic-link email and request a new link if the old one expired. Contact support if access still fails.

Subscriptions and billing

What does FaceCutie Pro include?

FaceCutie Pro includes unlimited AI Mirror scans, Beauty Genie questions, and Product Scanner checks, plus Skin Lab and your full Mirror result history. FaceCutie Free has no time limit or card requirement. It includes 2 Mirror scans, 2 Genie questions, and 3 Product Scanner checks per day, plus your latest 2 Mirror results.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open FaceCutie Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel?

Manage a web subscription through Stripe, an iPhone subscription through Apple, or an Android subscription through Google Play. Cancel before the renewal date shown by that provider to avoid the next charge. Canceling prevents renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting your FaceCutie account does not cancel a subscription.

I was charged unexpectedly.

Check the receipt and renewal date in the Stripe, Apple, or Google Play account that processed your purchase. Payment begins when you confirm Pro, and the subscription renews monthly or yearly until canceled. Refund handling depends on the provider and applicable law. Support can help identify the correct path but cannot view your password or full payment details.

Photos and privacy

What happens to my scan photo?

A photo used for a one-time AI Beauty Mirror or Product Scanner analysis is transmitted for real-time processing and is not retained as the analysis photo. A progress photo is stored only when you explicitly choose to save it to your private tracker.

Does FaceCutie sell my personal information?

No. FaceCutie does not sell personal information or use selfies and skin-tracker data to train AI models. Read the complete Privacy Policy for service-provider and data-retention details.

How do I report community content?

Use the report option on the post when available, or email support with the post details. Do not include sensitive personal information in the report.
